Howdy!
I am a strength and conditioning coach and personal trainer dedicated to developing stronger, more explosive athletes and confident leaders in a safe and supportive environment.
I graduated from Elk River High School in 2019, where I was a three-sport athlete competing in football, wrestling, and track & field. I earned a football scholarship to compete at the NCAA Division II level at Minot State University in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC). While playing collegiate football, I also wrestled, becoming a two-sport college athlete.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in Corporate Fitness & Wellness Management and went on to complete two master’s degrees in Business Management and Sports Management. In May 2024, I became USA Olympic Weightlifting Level 1 (USAW L1) Certified.
During my time in North Dakota, I coached three years of high school girls wrestling at Des Lacs-Burlington. I helped coach an athlete to become a two-time North Dakota State Champion, another to a state runner-up finish, and several others to high podium placements.
Today, I serve as the Head Girls Wrestling Coach at Elk River High School. It is truly an honor to coach at my alma mater and give back to the community that shaped me.
In addition to coaching high school athletics, I have coached adult fitness classes and provided personal training at Snap Fitness in Elk River and Rogers. I have worked with individuals of all ages, professions, and ability levels — including those with medical restrictions and rehabilitation needs. One thing I firmly believe is that everyone has an athlete inside them that is stronger than they think.
My passion is building bigger, stronger, and more explosive athletes in the weight room while also developing leadership, confidence, and a competitive mindset. It doesn’t matter where you start — what matters most is that you start.
I am excited to continue building strong athletes and strong leaders in this community!
