Who am I?

  • Elk River High School Alumni (2019)

  • 3 sport high school athlete–Football, Wrestling, Track and Field

  • Dual sport collegiate athlete at Minot State University–Football and Wrestling

  • Bachelor’s in Corporate Fitness and Wellness Management, minor in coaching

  • Master’s in Sports Management

  • Master’s in Business Management

  • 3 years assistant girls wrestling coach at Des-Lacs Burlington High School

  • 2 years (current) head girls wrestling coach at Elk River High School

  • USA Olympic Weightlifting Level 1 Certification (USAW-L1)

  • National Association of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT)

  • CPR Certified

Mission Statement

To provide high-quality athletic performance training to athletes who aspire to be not only better athletes, but better people. I believe athletes thrive in environments that combine accountability and encouragement, so that we can reach goals while loving the process!

Location: Rogers Tennis Club (RTC)

Directions:
From the North: State Hwy 101/MN-101 South, Exit County Hwy-144 / 141st Ave. Turn left and follow to stop light at James Road. Turn left and follow to 147th Ave N. Turn right. RTC on the right. 

 

From the South: I94 W towards St. Cloud, Exit 207 A-B onto MN-101 toward Elk River, Exit County Hwy-144 / 141st Ave. Slight right onto 141st Ave, Take first left at stop light onto James Road. Follow to 147th Ave N. Turn right. RTC on the right.

 

From the West: I94 E towards St. Paul / Minneapolis, Exit MN-101 / County Hwy 81. Turn left onto MN-101 N, Exit County Hwy-144 / 141st Ave. Slight right onto 141st Ave, Take first left at stop light onto James Road. Follow to 147th Ave N. Turn right. RTC on the right. 

 


From the East: Dayton Rd / County Hwy-12, Turn left onto N Diamond Lake Rd / County Hwy-144. Turn right onto James Road. Follow to 147th Ave N. Turn right. RTC on the right.
